Hello, I have just started on Balmung and wanted to introduce myself. My character name is Auryth'ir Moshantu. I am Maining a Red Mage. I cannot wait to get to know the community here, and I really love this game.

 

I also was wondering, where can I find a list of FC's? I am looking for someting that RP's of course, but is also helpful to leveling characters that would help get through all the content be it unsynced or otherwise. Currently I am trying to finish off the 2.X unlocks like Coils, Balads Ultima and the Extreme trials for Garuda, Ifrit and Titan.

 

Mainly I am very interested in Coils as I have not experienced that story path. I also come with Tomes Bonus :)

For a list of FCs found here on the RPC, you can click the "More" button on the top menu, then clubs, then choose the server you'd like. A direct link to the Balmung "club" section is here: https://ffxiv-roleplayers.com/freecompany/balmung/

 

As for free companies that help out newer members, I'd wager a large amount of them do, my own included (shameless plug for Black Griffin Adventuring Company).

 

It's all just a matter of finding one that fits your active times, play style, etc.
