Nier characters in RP/canon?

Hi, so with the Nier raid and content, I was wondering whether characters from that universe (not big name ones of course) are now considered canon in our world, for example androids etc, would they be viable/lore friendly within RP?

They are however, there are spoilers after you finish the final raid that make being an android unlikely.

They also only appear on the First, for whatever that's worth.
