Mobile Apps?

I know there are a few floating around on the Google Play store from before the game was closed to begin the prep for ARR,

I'm wondering if some of these end up becoming updated once we go live again if anyone plans to utilize them? Or if there are those out there possibling planning on working on some?

 

I know the game is going to have the one they mentioned, but sadly it wont b available for me at least right away due to it not being on the Android OS.
