My second guess actually. After that OKC. My previous are of residence was Guam, hence my slower speech, obvious charm and wit, but sadly my accent is pretty much gone now. Although I do say some words with a chamoric slur still and ennunciation. Been here way too long...

That's kind of true. Most of the people I know did not grow up here, but moved here for college/job reasons.

Or because the people here are a lot nicer and it is really cheap to live here. Sadly, I moved here for none of those reasons.
