Skilled HTML Coder Needed

As stated in the title, I need an html coder.

 

To be clear, I'm looking for a fully versed coder, and not a dabbler. This person would be asked to work on a free company website that's currently under development. The page is completely built, in fact, but it's currently built around a World of Warcraft theme. The coder would be asked to work with coding and images to strike the exact functionality of the existing site, but to repurpose it to match FFXIVARR.

 

The site isn't currently on the web, nor am I stealing it from another group or person. The owner is now one of my free company members and has willingly offered the sites use, meaning that I can put the coder directly into the interface to work within the pre-written html.

 

I'll provide the images and copy myself, leaving the coder to work exclusively with the html itself. Anyone interested in working on this with me should respond here, or send me a PM.

 

While I would prefer to work with someone who can do it in exchange for investment in the FC and a great experience for everyone all around, I'm willing to pay the right person for their services.
