I've done similar work in the past for my other main MMO-- turning some of my friends' and acquaintances' OCs into a sprite format to use as forum avatars and the like, for a small payment of sorts.

 

I'd been meaning to break down and make an XIV-themed sprite for my character, but just recently cracked the slump to get it done.
