I'm thinking of subscribing just for RP - how is it?

The glamour system is locked, but there is no reason to glamour for RP, just wear the clothes. I only glamour my PVE stuff, because my stats don't matter for RP.

 

That's only good if you are a Paladin or a Warrior. Then you can pretty much wear the widest array of clothes, only missing some Disciple of Magic specific items. Mages hit in the head with a baseball bat, though. They can't wear leather and other clothy-looking items that only Disciples of War can. Not to mention they can't mix and match their clothes to look like "wizard who wears armor" or something like that.

Unfortunately you can only glamour what you can wear, so it really doesn't add anything for RP purposes.  All it does is allow you to make gear you wear for its stats look like gear you actually want to wear
