Hey everyone, Mtoto here! With the new year upon us I thought it would be a good idea to take this time to begin planning for an organized server wide RP event hosted be my LS, The Eorzean Guard. Although we're still fairly new and are still establishing ourselves within the community, we want to let ourselves be known and hopefully meet some new face in the process. IC, The event planned is a tournament that revolves around several disciplines of war and will be hosted by the Eorzean Guard to raise gil for the outlying towns and hamlets. The plan is for the event to span across a set number of days in each starting region, with the finale taking place in Coerthas, in the town of Owl's Nest.

 

Right now we're still in the planning stages but I wanted to make this open discussion for the entire role-play community, since after all, how can we host an event if no one is attending? The thread is a bit lengthy so I'll leave a link to the original post, feel free to leave your thoughts and comments here however.
