We here at RareEx are going to celebrate our second annual Starlight Celeberation party, in the Mists at Ward 1, Plot 15 and you're invited! We encourage a friendly environment amongst the server population and wish to get to know each and everyone of you better this year. Be those willing to RP or not, couples or singles, chocobos or moogles we hope to see any and all who wish to spread the holiday spirit to our wonderful Balmung community with us!
