Hello!  I recently resubbed, and I am still somewhat new to the game.  I've tried connecting with a few FC's, but most of them were more dungeon/raid/gear/progress oriented.  As I am a much more casual player, and more interested in the story and social interaction, I figured I'd try my hand here!

 

So...

 

Is anyone out there interested in world-RP?  As in, attempt to RP while leveling and such?  Admittedly, I'm new to the whole RP thing.  However, I have always had an affinity for immersing myself in whatever game I happen to be playing.  In WoW I was in a guild that roleplayed through dungeons and old raids.  I slowly got more and more involved, and now I am really interested to try this in FFXIV!  Less emphasis on hardcore rotations and mechanics, and more emphasis on being your character.

 

If anyone else is interested in this, or happens to know a FC/Linkshell that already does it, please let me know!  Thanks!

RPing while leveling? I'll tell you now that's a hard path to walk on brother. I used to walk that path too...then I hit 50 after giving up. I think RPing while leveling is a nice idea if people are there to share in the adventure and development. Thankfully for you, Imma hunt you down and we're going to go on that grand adventure to 50 and beyond! That's if my timezone isn't being a butt.

Myself and ICS (Ice Cream Sandwhich) are both part of the same RP FC, the focus is on doing any and all jobs that come our way, which do indeed, include doing dungeons for either that piece of creature that we just killed or something within it.

I know that Kurt (ICS) wrote his leveling experience into his rp, and its something that I try to encourage.

A quick update - I have changed my "main" to my miqo'te named Jinh'a Ganaji.  This is reflected in my new username and avatar.  I still have Foco, and I would still love to RP with him!
