I'm not sure if there's a conventional war going on in Shadowbringers, but I couldn't pass up on making this outfit. 

Story wise Vikohla, like many citizens, can't fight on the front lines. But even citizens can do their part to aid in the war effort. Vikohla Olinsheer is chipping in. o7
