Phalloria Hippie

Madame Pholnaset appears to have an aptitude for dwelling in and with nature. She can reportedly survive off very little, does just fine surviving in the wild and has been documented charming various animals by playing the flute or speaking in a soothing and sedated voice. Her choice of attire often does little to convey any of this however with their colourful displays, jewelry-laden designs and one of her ensembles even resembling a peacock's feathers.
