I made a pretty stupid mistake the other day that I didn't realize until now, but when I preordered Stormblood I habitually deleted the confirmation email afterward without inputting the early access code on MogStation. I don't suppose anyone knows if there's anywhere else that the code is listed, like on an account page somewhere? I play through Steam if that helps.

Two quick questions while working out my character's backstory. 1: Does Ishgarde own Coerthas? The three city-states I've been to (I'm only level 18) all seem to own the land in their surrounding regions, but it's my understanding that Ishgarde's gates have been closed to the outside world, so is Coerthas actually theirs or not? 2: Are all of the refugees from Ala Mhigo in Ul'dah poor or is it conceivable that some wealthier ones have fled to Ul'dah too?

It is currently in progress. SE is giving people back one day of subscription, which is to account for the NA-only portions of downtime. All the servers will be offline a day, which is pretty normal for datacenter maintenance when SE does them. That's good to hear! I've noticed Squenix is pretty good with customer relations. The Kingdom Hearts phone game for example has similar apologies to the players that other companies wouldn't do.

Hello! I'd say "Hi, I'm new" but obviously I am if I'm posting here! You can just call me Jeanne, I added the IX (as in FFIX) since just plain Jeanne was taken. I'm totally gonna main a Red Mage once the expansion is out, but until then I'm a Black Mage. I'm new to FFXIV but not to MMOs or Final Fantasy. I have RP experience on Wyrmrest Accord in WoW (which I still actively play) and my favorite FF is IX by a landslide, probably followed by X and VI. I have high hopes from what I've heard about this game's RP community!
