I'm very interested in this project. I think it could fit my main character so, if you please, we can speak this in private.

    Hello

Welcome! I'm a newcomer too. I couldn't agree more. Usually, when I join a RP community I enjoy writing short stories inspired in our roleplays. Last year, while I was playing Guild Wars 2 I was appointed scribe of my RP guild 8-)
  3. Welcome. Another newcomer here, KUPĂ“.
  4. Thank you for the warm welcome! I'm trying to catch up with the forum and every else. I've done it : http://ffxiv-roleplayers.com/showthread.php?tid=3199 And shortly I'll post a detailed description of my character. Do you have a character data base or something? I know there is a wiki but, I don't know... It sounds too "official" to me.
  5. I. Basic Info Characters: Sheridan Dulac Primary character: Sheridan Dulac Linkshells: None yet Primary RP linkshell: - II. RP Style Amount of RP (light, medium, heavy): I'm a medium roleplayer, but I could represent the light or heavy archetype according to the circumstances. That means that it depends on how well a story catches my interest and attention, and the interest and attention of my character. Views on RP combat and injuries: I've always been consistent with all the decisions of my characters, what isn't always easy considering I usually roleplay evil guys or, at least, characters that tend to be difficult. So, I haven't anything against the combat scenes, neither against the duels; and about the permanent injuries, I repeat: I'm consistent. Views on IC romance: To tell the truth, I've never experimented with it. I don't think it was my style, but who knows? Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc): What's been said; hardly I imagine Mr. "never-talks-about-his-feelings" Sheridan having family ties, but if it happens, of course I won't be the one who impedes the fun. Views on lore: As someone told me once, "we, the roleplayers, are united because of the lore", and for that we must take care of it, I mean, we have to respect it. However the stories should be always the most important thing, and I believe practically nothing is impossible to explain with imagination. Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc): I suppose I'll use /say most of the time. It's what I'm used to. For private conversations, the /whisp function, I guess. When the lore can explain long range conversations (and I think in this case it can), then I have no problem with the use of /guild or /linkshell chat functions. III. 6. Hello everyone! It's Sheridan here. I've been the greatest fan of this extraordinary community over the last few months, so nothing would please me more that becoming a full-right member once and for all, if you guys became able to bear a little bit of black-mage/emo eccentricity :tonberry: :tonberry: :tonberry: All jokes aside, I have 23 and I'm from Spain, in fact, this will be my first time roleplaying seriously in english - I've roleplayed in every MMO I've played, but always in spanish communities. So, this will be a great challenge for me, you may be sure! By the way, I apologize for any present or future linguistic mistake, and I really hope those don't cause many troubles - I'll try to hide them behind the weird personality of my character, Sheridan Dulac, the aforementioned black mage. I didn't play the 1.0 version of the game, but I'm a big fan of the Final Fantasy saga (I've played almost all the games from FF III). At this time, I'm searching for every single piece of information in the web about the History of Eorzea. Oh, I almost forgot! I'm thinking about choosing a mentor. It sounds like a great idea to me.
