MMORPG background: World of Warcraft, Rift, Everquest 2, SWTOR, Guild Wars 2, ESO, Runescape, The Secret World. RP experience: Uuuuh about 11years? Though that's just in MMOs. Character ideas/info: I'm new to more recent Final Fantasy(I stopped after 7 and dabbled in 10) looking for a fresh start in RP so my current idea is just a plucky newcomer finally old enough to pick up a sword/staff/summon beast. I'll probably be boring and choose to play a human due to lack of experience with the races that seem to be from other games. Edit: I just learned about the playable instruments! Probably gonna be a plucky bard! How did you learn about the coalition?: I googled "Final Fantasy 14 RP Community." What kind of a role-player are you aiming to be? (e.g. Light, medium, or heavy): I've done about all three and I often match when interacting, but I'm not great at multi-paragraph and text only RP. Anything from real life you're comfortable with sharing? (Work, school, hobbies, etc.): I'm a full-time student so my schedule isn't very flexible, and due to online classes, not very predictable but I try to take part when I can. Right now I'm just on a free trial scoping out the community with plans on full purchase if I manage to find a friendly RP guild or "Free Company" to hang out with.
