Strangely enough, I've tried adding a number of people but the game just states the name can't be found. I guess players need to be logged in first? A bit of a lame feature if you ask me.

So I just noticed that you have to put someone in the friend list to message... Which makes this slightly just a bit more difficult. Instead of sending friend requests to like 20 people and annoying them... I'll ask directly here. Anyone want to letter exchange with my character?

I've noticed people are able to make it so the text they are writing looks like actions, usually in light blue color. For example... Ryan Aphelion grabs his drink What command do you use to do this in the game? Looked over the FFXIV macros list and all, and can't find it unfortunately.

I haven't played 1.0, so I read up on some stuff and watch some videos. Now, as I understand it, Bahamaut was not stopped and he rampaged over Eozera. Are we to assume that all cities/villages were annihilated in Eozera and the few survivors began rebuilding prior to the game's storyline? Did Bahamaut only destroy Eozera and leave other parts like the Galean Empire untouched? Does everyone have knowledge about the war against Galea, how the destruction with Bahamaut came to be? As a player, I don't feel like playing the role of the the heroes that got transported through time, mainly because I was never there to experience the first game. Would it be alright then to play a character who went through Bahamaut's rage and the rebuilding of Eozera instead of timeskip? Thanks in advance for answers.
