It was nice to see the fight and it gives me interest to try next time the Grindstone made an event or some sparring.

I must said that since I'm one of those -non-good writer (Because English isn't my native language) I like when people can give me hint or other advice on how to write better in English. To return to the subject, I'm a bit in the middle, I like to see (as a player) the internal emotion of the character I'm talking too, but sometime, since I made some mistake how to interpret as a character those emotion people send. I think if use a little in a rp, that can be nice, but if people overuses those, I see that as flooding the rp.

Yes, me too, I'm still surprise I didn't see a lot of them, But the post is very nice and help to understand how each city-state see their view. I see the city-state mostly like the Greek city, each city have their army, their law and even their war between themselves, but when an outside threat came, they will united against it.

I. Basic Info Characters: Karaan Nolan Primary character: Karaan Nolan Linkshells: HoftD Primary RP linkshell: none II. RP Style Amount of RP (light, medium, heavy): I see myself as a medium rper. I mostly type one or two paragraphs when with people I know more but in large crowd, I will mostly reduce the size because it would be take to much time to read it. Views on RP combat and injuries: I always open to any kind of rp combat or injuries. In my other MMO, I would let my characters die if it's in the plot development of the another character (rper) that I rp with. But in this one, I will not let permanent injuries or death happen to this character since it will be the only one that I will rp with Views on IC romance: Karaan isn't looking for any romance for the moment, but I'm not against it if it happen with the flow of the RP. I'm not interested in ERP Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc): I'm not against that kind of rp if it is discuss with me before the entrance of the new character. Since Karaan's family disown him and that is only other "family" member want him dead, it will be quite hard to introduce that with this character Views on lore: Lore is good for rp, so I'm learning the lore of the game so I don't do any weird anachronism. Hello everyone, I'm recently move to FFXIV after rping on Tera (and tabletop) so since I'm new on the server I'm looking to find some people who want to rp with me. Little info on the character: Karaan is an extremely rational person, for him everything happen for a reason. Because of that, he stays distant with anyone near him. He calculates every words that will escape his lips and some people will think that he doesn't listen to them since it will take time to have an answer from him. Even with that, the young hyur seems to like to teach people about old legend, history, the Calamity, old strategy and new one and will answer any question (there is none stupid one for him )that people will ask to him, but he doesn't seem to want interest in any other people. He always keeps book with him and mostly read when he doesn't have anything to do. He lost his temper if people poke around his business or want to know more about his past. You will make him quite happy if you come to him with a question that he couldn't answer, even happier if you give him time to find the answer by himself. He will lost his temper around arrogant and stupid person. But for him, a stupid isn't someone who can't think or doesn't know the answer to a question. Someone stupid is mostly person who think they already know everything or doesn't take interest in the knowledge of the past.
