Hey guys im Xero, i fairly new to RP in MMOs and to FFXI, but now that i have been doing so for a good amount of time not i thought i might as well take a leap forward and try something new. So what im looking for anyone on Gilgamesh who is a lancer or Dragoon that are interested in forming a 7 man squad, specializing in the art of pole arms. Xero himself is also trying to find a teach as well so if this idea comes to life it would be nice for someone in the squad to take that role. Although I've read the lore I still don't know about Ishguardians. I have seen plenty of threads and posts about them which have got me interested. So if someone could please explain to me what exactly an Ishguardian is that would be very well appreciated.

Ok this is what I was wondering; I have been watching tones of vid on FFXIV's character creation and gam play. I have also read th whole lore of the game and for the Miqo'tes (because I plan on being a miqo'te) , adding on I am not new to Rp and was wondering if the are some good plots or stories that I could get into. Ok befor I say this I have only played FFXIV for at least a week now but anyway, I keep hearing that most of balmung's RPing takes place in the QuickSands but I have now clue were it is and am struggling to locate it. It would be much appreciated if someone could give me directions to were it is.
