A young Miqo'te woman walked into the bar, she truly disliked coming down but as it was the only way to get to the airships, she had very little choice. Her arms were full with a couple of boxes. each holding items from herbs to weapons that she had to confiscate from her mother. "Oh...i wonder if I could grab a quick bite..." she wondered to herself, though the loud burp that echoed though the room was sure to turn her away in an instant. Though....it was a bar. She quickly looked for a clean table to sit and lay her things down. and when finding one off to the corner she sped walked over and sat down. sighing briefly before wondering if she really should grab a bit.

But coethas is still coooold. poor Tala is bundled up all the time, she has no idea how her father lived there for so long. ~~~~ I think if say, one characters dedicates themselves to one job/class/craft they will be far better at it, then say a jack of all trades. so if you rp someone who's like...a drg,brd,and a mnk, they wouldn't be as skilled as someone who was just a dragoon. because of the years you had to put into that skill. yeah, the multi job/class guy will have more things to use against you, but he's good at them, not a professional. that's sort of how i see it anyways.

Acenith's expression seemed like something i'd like to share. because i guess she was supposed to look sad because of the current events in the main quest, but she just turned out to look pissed at the old man, like he was repeating what she said and acting like he came up with it first

Coethas is too cold anyways. who'd want to leave Ul'dah? I'm always up for forum based rps. :3

Thank you :3 I went into the game with the plan that the character i'd play would be the child of my character from XI. But I haven't gotten much rp besides with my friend who plays Mithos and Seren. one friend flaked, another left, and we aren't on a rp server. want Tala to interact with other people too. though i'm relatively shy about jumping into rps, and i'll probably be more forum centric because of the server issue.

Hello, i'm Mage, i'm 23, and I decided that i'd stop being a creeper stalking these forums. *nods* *looks at template* I've played maybe one other mmorpg that i stuck with, which was SWTOR (star wars the old republic) I left it for good recently after all the bugs and what not. FFXI was played briefly and that was years ago, it was actually the first mmo i played ever, and it's only because my friend convinced me to play hah hah. I made a character on her account. I've been playing the ARR for a while now, and still absolutely love it, though i wish it'd slow down a bit so i could at least feel like i'm catching up hah hah. So much to do. I've been rping for maybe eight....nine years now, starting with a small group of friends on paper and then hitting the forums on Gaia. I've rped in game and absolutely hated it. anything bigger then a small group of three or four and I just shy away. I have more characters then i can count for swtor alone at least the ones i can remember i use, a large sum of them are NPCs used for certain rps where they are needed. I now rp with friends and have a pretty neat storyline going on for them. And now i'm rping for FF which is pretty cool. As Tala's probably the most drama-less character i have for this game. I have four characters each one I rp with. but Tala is the one I love the most right now. so i'll share her :3 Talaina Emeraude is half Elezen (wildwood) and half Miqo'te (keeper) Her father used to live in Coethas but left to travel and explore, he ended up meeting his future wife Acenith (actually their story has been changed so it fit the lore of the game, they met in XI :3 ) Ace is...hopeless, constantly lost, no sense of direction, and for some reason they thought it was okay to teach her how to set things on fire....i'm getting off topic. Anyways, Tala is the youngest out of three triplets, each one is a Miqo'te like herself. two girls and a boy, Lafeal, Seren and Talaina, (in order of birth) Tala was more gifted in the magic field then her brother and sister and from a young age and loved conjurery and unlike her mother, had very little interest in the destructive properties of magic. Her sister became an Archer like her father, and Seren ran off to be a lancer and then later joined the war. Tala became a full blown conjurer and dedicated herself to the art. she'd later travel to learn more about different uses for magic. Find out her brother became a pirate, became a head healer for his little pirate group, and then Meet a sweet lalafell who loved magic probably more then she did. They became study buddies, and then later more after certain events, which i hope i recorded. Mithos minoren (the lalafell) and Tala moved in together and have this sweet pg13 relationship....then he got turned into an elezen because he took medicine to help him regulate his sleep, but she had been secretly putting sleeping drugs in his late night tea....so...apparently that turned him into an elezen, and the poor sweetheart hates being so tall. and Tala keeps trying to cheer him up. I have no idea how old she is, but i'm guessing she's in her mid twenties. I googled ffxiv arr roleplay or something like that, and you guys popped up and i was so happy. I'm....probably a bored rper, like I'll rp almost anything, but a majority of the reason why is because i have no idea what else to do and i'm in no mood to finish coloring whatever picture i was working on. I'm in a community college trying to transfer to a four year for game design, I draw a lot sort of. when i get inspiration, I can't spell to save my life, and i'm so glad chrome comes with spell check. and I'm an Altaholic.
