If this is still active and going, I think it'd be pretty interesting to join. I know there's another linkshell for this too (that I'm also in now). Running dungeons is something I enjoy doing a lot but am usually too shy or nervous to use the PF unless I completely know the fight.

Senah's worst (so far) has just been manipulation. She can and has manipulated people into doing what she wants quite often without lying. Twisted logic gets people every time.

It really seems to depend on the people who are roleplaying. Some are ok with others jumping into their roleplay and others aren't. Personally I'm OK with a random person just joining in (as long as it fits the mood) to anything I'm roleplaying in public at the time. If I wanted something people couldn't bump into, well, I'd roleplay in private. As someone who has encountered a TON of cliques though (even amongst friends), I will usually send a private message first to see if it's ok to jump in.

I hope this is still active - as I'd love to join it! I've been trying to find a linkshell that's relaxed for players that came back from a long hiatus. I've got an iLvl 110 WHM/SCH (or close to 110) and a.. 105 Bard. But still have no idea what I'm doing beyond the newer dungeons. Funny how that works! Anyways, if you need something like that, feel free to hit me up as I'd love to be able to help people out with dungeons when I'm not being dragged (willingly) around by my partner.

Senah Viqqoh is a Keeper of the Moon and on a mission. Unfortunately her mission took her outside of her clan and into the unknown. Of course thanks to the books she's read, she knows how to act around other races (not really)... super polite! But, again unfortunately, also believes in telling the truth all the time.. which makes it kind of hard to make connections for her. While spending time searching for her run-away fiance, she is writing a book on other races. Since Senah has only the (really badly written) books to base her own off of.. her research gets a bit quirky, personal, and just plain strange at times. So if anyone would like to be a part of this, please just let me know! Either on here or on the game works!

Hiya! :moogle: My name is Rynn and I just came back to FFXIV from a very very long hiatus. We're talking before the chocobo's roamed! Seriously though it's been since around 2.1 or so since I've actually played the game. I used to be based on Faerie but someone I know told me to come back and play on Balmun, so here I am. I loved roleplaying on Tera and Aion but decided to take a break so roleplaying wasn't a big thing for me in FFXIV when I first started. Now that I'm back I figured it's time to switch it up a bit and start roleplaying once more, hopefully I'm not too rusty! There is a character that I have pretty much figured out. She's brand new to me, so I hope people will bear with me as my characters usually forge their own path despite what I write down in red pen. Senah Viqqoh is her name and her background is pretty much set with what will hopefully be some fun roleplay for a few friends and me (and anyone who joins in). I would love for her to have her own friends and ties though instead of just relying on the ties of those around me. I learned about this place from a Google search of "FFXIV Balmung Roleplaying" in a hope to find people to roleplay with without having to stalk every town. Since I am not that big on interrupting other's roleplaying it is pretty hard for me to poke around into strangers things.. though there have been some pretty interesting ones going on it seems! As for what kind of roleplayer I'm aiming to be. I'd prefer light or medium as I do want to do a bit of PvE (just so my heals will stop being called "cute") and try to regain any skill I had in this game. There's not much more to tell other than I am mostly available in the mornings or the evenings, with a lot of the early evenings being saved for the person who stared at me to rejoin FFXIV.
