Good thread to have. I think the character restriction is just total garbage, to be honest. I understand trying to halt the masses...but in reality. If I have a character -on- Balmung already and I just want to make a new one...I should be able to without restriction.

Came back to FFXIV and all my pals are on Balmung and I've been dying to make a new character on here with them. These restrictions though. :frustrated: Hopefully the "World Tracker" email thing works and I can soon fully enjoy the company of the people of Balmung (and my pals of course!~).
