True enough. It was just so cool in Balmung to run around cities or go out questing and see people IC just doing their thing. I remember hearing about that FC, as well as another that was trying to start up and become a hub for RP'ers to find FCs or Linkshells, not sure what happened to that FC though -- last I heard of it was almost a year ago. I'll have to spend some time visiting everywhere and searching for peeps.

Part of me wants to go back to Balmung, but I don't wanna ditch my friends. Heh, oh well. If nothing else, I know some of them are into RP, or open to trying it at least, so maybe I can get my fix.

A friend of mine wanted to get a big PvE group made in Hyperion, and convinced me to transfer my character over from Balmung. It's pretty quiet in Hyperion though, compared to Balmung, without all the RP'ers about. I was wondering if there even is a roleplay community on Hyperion, because as much as I enjoy PvE'ing with friends, it'd be sweet to take a break and just RP with some people.

Recently picked the game back up looking to get into the RP scene. New to the RP here but not RP as a whole. Only been roleplaying for about a year or so but the time I spent doing so involved month long stories and the like, so I know the ropes pretty well. That being said, I only have my character a little fleshed out, but as always I'm sure interacting with people will help inspire some ideas. I'm not too big on PvE, and being that I took a pretty long break from the game my ability to play a Pally has only diminished. So I'm really looking for an RP focused FC, though I'd be up for the occasional dungeon diving. The way I have my character's personality set up, a laid back FC would be more his style, maybe a low-key trading bunch looking for a guard or a jolly band of adventurers. Something that involves a deal of work but at the end of the day everyone can hang out and have some laughs (both IC and OOC). He's not really the "salesman" type person but considers himself a half-decent fighter. I'm cursed with being a pretty shy person, so if I come across as not wanting to talk don't take it personally, once I get to talking with some friendly people I'll come out of my shell pretty quick. I also have a pretty loose schedule, so being active is pretty easy for me. Thanks to those that took the time to read this and I'm looking forward to hearing from anyone!
