Hi Everyone. I'm a little late to knowing about this site, but you've probably seen me around Balmung on and off for quite a while. I've been a player since September 2010 when I bought the game for full price. Then I was jealous that everyone had the Onion Helm, so I bought the collector's edition also.
Anyway one thing I've always wondered was what had happened to the role players? I have run into them from time to time in the early stages, but ever since then spotting them has been less and less likely. Now I don't come across them hardly ever. I remember Sanctus Refero was a good RP connection, but they disappeared as well. I've attended some of their events, and had a fun time.
Anyway I joined this site after I heard from Aysun on Fantaji that this is the place to go now to do some RP. I've known for a while that Besaid (now Balmung) was the leading RP server, and that's why I've stuck with it for so long. I'm not sure how heavily I will be into RP, but I would like to attend some events and know the IC players so I can talk to them in-game and see if they need any company on their adventures.

I haven't updated my character profile in a while, but that is essentially what I'm sticking with as far as my story goes. Um.. I'm also looking for a LS that I can join where I can talk to other RP players. I see there are many to choose from on the forums, but I am not sure which ones are active, or if any are RP only, or a mixture of IRL and RP chat. I'd prefer a LS that keeps RP in-game and IRL chat in the LS. This way I can make some friends both inside and outside the game.
