I think this is a wonderful idea! I would TOTALLY join it if my IC character would be able to. I might make an alt JUST for this!

I picked fisherman. When Aehtel was a child his father used to go fishing with him and he learned a fair amount about it and now does it in his free time. (Which there is a lot of!) Would have picked Archer (Bard) but if I think about it, fishing stands for his past more.

So a simple question, or at least I believe it is! Say I walk into a tavern with other role players and I make simple conversation about the weather. Is it safe for me to say things such as, "It is a bit chilly today." or would it be considered a topic not to talk about? Other people might have walked in and said, "It is hot today!". Now, I understand certain places such as Ul'dump is hot, so it is safe to assume EVERY day there is hot. Do the seasons visibly change as the actual year goes by? When it is December, will more snow fall or anything?

I think she was aiming for satire. There was this thing on youtube for awhile with people imitating accents and seeing how well of a job they could do. I think it all started with some really young looking guy from Britain or something who was doing very good accents of people. She is apparently just poking fun at it all and not even trying. Exactly. She isn't trying to even be funny. She is trying to be stupid and awkward. The point is to make the veiwer feel awkward. She did a good job in my own opinion. She butchered them on purpose. I thought it was funny. lol

So this is the Reo way of saying things?

I know there are words like F**k and such, but are there certain words that are considered rude and curse like that english doesn't really have?

The art style was one of my favorite things! It was the first Zelda where Link had amazing facial reactions and it really drew me in! The characters were all loveable and had quirks that were awesome. Running into an unknown island with a puzzle on it was extremely enjoyable to me.

^^^^^ A thousand times. It's also a pain in the ass to try to RP with people talking in your ears, but you feel left out if you leave. A huge no, from me. No. And, for those of us who cannot always be ON said mumble due to RL (I dont like being on VOIP when my husband is home, because it cuts him off from conversation with me and is rude to him), it is just another way of being left out. I do agree with this. My Boyfriend would be totes angry if I ignored him completely!

Right. When you take it apart it is just the intro theme, but Fado's version has that ancient and foresty feel to it which I really like. I preferred WW more than every other Zelda game I played. (OoC coming in a very close second!) The character that the game had was spectacular! Every song captured me.

I do agree completely, but some people get a long in a better light during real chat. It brings a different side of OOC out. I would never ever RP in that! I do hear you though, and I do agree.

This is what I listen to when I RP with Aehtel and he is talking to someone. He panics easily, so this gets me in the mood!

Either one works for me. I have used ventrillo but not the other one, but doesn't matter. I think it is a good idea. I would have to get more comfortable with you all, but that's fine =D!
