MoenMoen Posted May 31, 2015 Share #1 Posted May 31, 2015 This'll become my regular art thread as I continue to create FFxiv art. Woo-hoo! I'll update this top post periodically (and include more info about my art, commissions, etc.). In the meantime: ART STREAM: https://www.picarto.tv/live/channel.php?watch=briART Link to comment

MoenMoen Posted June 3, 2015 Author Share #4 Posted June 3, 2015 I'm in the final stretch! In a few hours this Roegadyn portrait will be complete. Come on into my Live Stream and say hi! You'll keep me sane (while I try to figure out how to paint dreadlocks.......) https://www.picarto.tv/live/channel.php?watch=briART Digital painting in Adobe Photoshop CC using a Cintiq 13HD tablet. \o/ 1 Link to comment
MoenMoen Posted June 4, 2015 Author Share #5 Posted June 4, 2015 Aaand, my very first FFxiv piece of art – done! I give you Moengeim Fraefyrwyn: a half-blind, Roegadyn Sea Wolf with graveled charm and questionable intent. Painted digitally in Adobe Photoshop CC using custom brushes and a fancy-pants Cintiq 13HD (Wacom) tablet. Here it is on DeviantArt. Comments are welcome! :3 Link to comment

MoenMoen Posted June 11, 2015 Author Share #7 Posted June 11, 2015 Thanks so much, Reshie! I'm really happy with how this turned out. I finally got around to posting this up on a new-fangled art specific Tumblr blog for those of you who tumbl: http://thebriART.tumblr.com And now, an animated GIF of my art process! Hidden below the spoiler cut because it's a rather large file. ... Oh, I'm still to new on this forum to know how to create spoiler cuts. Huh. Help a sister out? Link to comment
Virella Posted June 11, 2015 Share #8 Posted June 11, 2015 Quote Oh, I'm still to new on this forum to know how to create spoiler cuts. Huh. Help a sister out? I tend to select what I want to have spoilered, and then press the spoiler button Like this! (Reveal hidden contents) And then see in preview if I didn't bugger it up. I'm not that great with knowing the coding stuff for it, so I do it the peasant scrubby way myself. Nice drawing btw, really digging that Roe lady of yours! Link to comment
MoenMoen Posted June 18, 2015 Author Share #9 Posted June 18, 2015 Well, shoot. I don't seem to have that option. All I've got is this: Hm. I've got a Mac. Would that give me fewer options? Link to comment
Zoetrooper Posted June 18, 2015 Share #10 Posted June 18, 2015 Awesome work! Also using the code should work for you. Just do something along the lines of this:
image
Link to comment
