Monks and Garleans [Closed][Possibly Borderline NSFW*]

Recommended Posts

*Due the nature of Ave's speech (constant swearing) and thoughts, and the volatile nature of Franz and Ave's interactions, it is probably for the best the younger folk of the RPC stay out of here. Also, if you have a boss lurking alongside with you, who takes offence in swearing and the like, it is best you close this thread asap while at work. That said, don't except anything outrageous; but just in case, you've been warned.

Time.

It has been the constant demand Franz had been making of her. Time to be alone. Time to think. Time to plan to try to run off to Garlemald no doubt. He had done it before, why shouldn't he try it again? He had promised not to do such, and that he would show his face again soon enough, but after his latest attempt, Ave had little trust in the matter. She still expected him to dash off at any given time; to seek out that Twelve-damned Garlean wife of his no doubt.

Not that she had done particularly much to stop it. In the end, if he wanted to run, that was his choice. She had whined, nagged, complained, but it was all she would do for now. He had after all made a promise to stay for now, but knowing Franz, he might as well change his opinion about it on a whim, and leave her feeling lonely and abandoned once more; a thing she had to face quite often lately. With Scarlet being occupied with her work, Leoric running off to whatever mountain he could find, and Tristram disappearing in the Shroud, she was only left with Franz; who in turn seemed to be wanting to spend more alone time then together.

As she made her way from Little Ala Mhigo (after all it was the only place Franz wouldn't and couldn't go) she wondered what in the Seven Hells she had wrong to lose them all in such a short period of time. Scarlet had a passion for adventuring what kept her occupied what Ave was highly aware of. Leoric running off to the mountains? She had half expected that as well. Leoric was also an odd loner at times. Tristam doing whatever in the Shroud? Somewhat, just not as long as he had so far. It was just odd to have everything piled up at once. A pain to deal with in it's own right. It made her feel lonely, especially with it being such a frequent occurrence that Franz felt the need to push her aside.

While she continued to trudge trough the desert heat, and came closer to the Forgotten Springs she wondered why she kept going to that damnable Sultantree though.

Their evening had started out nice enough. Until one of them mentioned Ala Mhigo. Then Garlemald got brought up. Then the conquering of Ala Mhigo. Then they fought. Then she didn't put enough effort into it according to him. It was the same swiving story every time she gone to that Godsforsaken tree. One said, or did something, the other did not like, and they were off to argue for suns on end.

Not that their interactions as of late had been particularly fruitful to begin with. Ever since Franz had tried to leave to Garlemald again, it was non-stop arguing, with just a few suns of ceasefire in-between.

When she finally arrived in the Forgotten Springs, she decided to head to the place they had last seen, and argued with one another. She was certain that Franz had half a mind to show up to this place, provided he had enough time to do whatever he needed to do. Of course there was the possibility he wouldn't bother to show up yet, but regardless it was better than enduring that dust riddled caved named Little Ala Mhigo for a few more bells.
