NA: January 27, 2017 at 4:01 a.m. (Pacific Time) to February 24, 2017 at 6:59 a.m. (Pacific Time)

EU: 27 January 2017 at 12:01 (GMT) to 24 February 2017 at 14:59 (GMT)

 

Either there are two separate contests for NA and EU or... I am not sure? It seems so.
