I will add more information here when I work out the details. The story is still very much in the air and open for discussion. Presently the only set in stone idea seems to be mercenaries (though most of the company seems to be common folk so we have your weapons and gear covered for repairs, a good drink to get you through the night and... well I don't have much of anything else but we'll get there!)
