Small Balmung RP Event Calender policy change

A small calendar policy change.

 

The Balmung RP Event Calendar will no longer advertise events that host/refer to certain content that is clearly marketed towards adult only.

What this means is your event promotes OOC illegal activities as defined by the general US or EU and/or otherwise illicit actions, it will be delisted for the sake of the calendar as a whole.
 

Please keep your adverts real world drug and free of mention of that oldest profession.  What you do in your events, however, is your own business.  
 

For clarity’s sake.  The burlesque shows are fine.  Brothels and opium pits are not.  

PS. If you’re going to use some sort of mind altering substance in game, just choose one of the perfectly wonderful made up ones that already exist in your FFXIV universe.  It’s safer.

If you want things to go back to the way they were, please contact your local politicians and tell them to passing laws that weaken Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act or it's equivalent overseas.

 

This is something I should have put into place months ago, but I'm just getting around to it due to clarification from some legal type folks.
