We'll be opening up recruitment again a little sooner than anticipated on Sunday now that trial members have been settled and gatherings/events are starting to fall into a pattern. Please check our site for details and links to further information and apps as we use the RPC for posting updates but take messages either in-game or in discord! Our first storyline is continuing underway with our second storyline, The Eye of Aurora, slated to start in the coming weeks! This will be the long-term storyline that will run alongside In the Dark of the Night and into ShB. Recruitment has opened up again on schedule with a flurry of new applicants within the last day or so! If the rate continues as is we might dip into another soft close for recruitment to get the new members adjusted and get their hooks into the Scythewood's storylines. With an active membership core forming, we'll soon be opening up ourselves to cross-group RP and alliances that have been in development since shortly after the FC was founded in the middle of March. This will include FCs, LSs, and RP groups bound by their own interweaving storylines. Already there's been many smaller interactions with individuals interested to involve the Scythewoods in their own stories and it's enriched our immersive environment all the more! Link to comment

People are welcome to send us more apps, but we won't be opening interviews until after the soft close lifts. An update will be posted when this changes! However, we are still accepting interested apps at this time with the caveat that they may be sorted through more slowly as our priority is still on our present and participating members. Delilah Scythewood Posted May 10, 2019 Author Share #6 Posted May 10, 2019 We have started on the downward slope to our In the Dark of the Night storyline and started up our ShB storyline known as The Eye of Aurora! Both storylines will be running alongside each other as one ends and another begins. We're starting to reach our 15-20ish membership activity mark (meaning we have roughly that many people around at prime times) and thus will start looking at closing recruitment. With that, recruitment is officially closed for the Scythewoods until further notice! Thank you so much! Already we've accomplished more in a month than in other FCs we had stayed in for months. Our In the Dark of the Night storyline is having its finale this week and we have multiple personal plots picking up alongside the continuation of The Eye of Aurora! Link to comment

Holidays kicked off and the typical November-January busy season took all of us as it usually did. We also hunkered down and worked on our main FC plotline, the Eye of Aurora, and finished it as of Monday! Now, we're looking to make room for smaller scale plots as well as reopening recruitment so that we can get people in that's not in the midst of a crazy storyline! While we'll continue to remain active, we have decided to cease the use of using the RPC's calendar function here on the page! Rest assured, however, we are still having active weekly events! They'll just be exclusively posted to our FC discord. We will make another announcement when we open recruitment as well as when other updates are added!
