Adelpha Posted June 28, 2013 Share #4 Posted June 28, 2013 I don't know if it's possible to create new characters on legacy servers (including Balmung) in the beta right now. During beta phase 3 (i.e. right now), most of the RP community is on Gilgamesh, but we'll be on Balmung (plus one non-Legacy server that will be voted on in a few days) when phase 4 starts and the game starts "for real."
