Poe has been kind enough to give us our own Vent server so that we can all stay in better touch, as we all know Skype can be a bit finicky. This Vent server will be used as a meeting hub for before and after the game launches. If you've never used Vent before, it's a VOIP program. It's generally used by gamers to communicate vocally.

 

Trying to find a group of people to RP or PvE with? Hop on our Vent! Or if you just want to hang out, come join us anyways, of course this invitation is extended to any Balmung-Gilgamesh goers as well. 

 

 

Ventrilo server capacity is currently set at 25, if we run into an issue where we can't fit everyone on we'll add more slots.

Setting up your Vent is the next step in this process, if you've never done it before it can be sort of overwhelming at first but don't worry we'll be there to help. On the right hand side of your Ventrilo there's a "Setup" button. Make sure your input/output devices are selected, and don't forget to bind your Push-To-Talk key!

 

 

Now then, you've got Ventrilo downloaded and it's all ready to go? Fantastic! Here's the server information:
