[align=center]I spoke with them earlier today after a 45 minute hold, and they are aware of all the issues and working diligently to get everything back in order for us.  I let the agent know that we all appreciate the effort they're putting in on days like this.  Just give it time and they'll have it sorted out.[/align]

Maybe Doctor Galactic is secretly a Garlean spy and the boss of a 2.1 dungeon. And the Desert Coast is comprised of his sympathizers and henchmen... they're using Ul'Dah as a base because of a huge overarching plot with the underbelly...

 

And the elaborate image heralds the new features we get after we journey deep into an Aetheric pocket dimension to overthrow his nefarious plan. This is all part of the promotional material... the RPC is coming for you!

I heard somewhere that SqEnix is working on launching a new website the day FFXIV goes live. I don't know how reliable that information is, but maybe it's why the site is down now.

In addition to the new Lodestone, I think SE is preparing a new account management site, since things are scattered now between the Members site and the actual Account Management System.

 

I believe it's called MogStation. Hopefully it will launch with the start of official service, or earlier.

But people from NA are getting codes and then they are being accidently sent to the JP site to put them in .....

IF YOU GET the ERROR: 3 message, KEEP TRYING you WILL get the code eventually (it took me 4 tries only). After you get the 12 digit code you WILL get the region error, this is NOT because of a mistake YOU did, this is because they accidentally sent EVERYBODY to the JPN site to redeem the code and not the NA site. As soon as they link the proper NA site, everything should and WILL work.
