After the Assault: (For this, imagine a wrecked settlement which nature is slowly reclaiming, vines partially covering corpses, etc.)

 

Arriving in Ul'Dah: (For this, simply imagine Thorik, a Roegadyn, stumbling along a narrow street in Ul'Dah, leading to the marketplace. He's sweating maniacally due to not being used to the heat as he shifted from Gridania to Ul'Dah. He's in a border-hallucinative state at this time, using a wall as support and using his other hand to wipe his brow. At this point, he can hardly manage a facial expression, let alone speech. His breathe is deep and heaving) Aaaaand, action!
