Dye Crafting

Does anyone know how to access the dye recopies once they have an appropriately high level crafter?  I've looked all over and can't seem to find any details on it.

If you look up any dyes there, it appears that every Disciple of the Hand can make them once they can access level 30 recipes.

I have a lv28 alchemist, with access to lv35 recipes, but I don't have access to dyes.

I don't know what to tell you.  Not every dye is crafted, but apparently quite a few are.

The dyes require crafter level 30, not lvl 30 recipes.
