There's at least three Intermission Linkshells that are completely OOC if that's what you're looking for.

The Intermission LS is a good place to start. All RPers are welcome, it's completely OOC, and it's a great jumping off point for networking with the rest of the RPC. For IC, I'd suggest checking out the Linkshell Hall. It doesn't hurt to send some PMs to LS leaders/officers and asking them to explain what their LS is about and if they're recruiting or not.
