Oceanic LS/FC, do they exist?

Hello!

 

After messing around for the last month or so lvling various classes, I've finally decided to look more into the RP and possibly Raiding aspect of the game. Problem is, I tend to have rather odd play times (Anywhere from 2am to 11am EST) due to work. 

 

So my question is, is there players out there with similar playtime or maybe a LS/FC that is Oceanic, since my hours would fall into evening for people in that area.
