As my current avatar clearly states, this guy is having a bit of trouble nailing down a final appearance for his new character. Spent hours narrowing it down, and it has come to two choices. Both similar, though with several noticeable differences.

 

And since I can't for the life of me make my own mind up, I decided to turn to you guys.

 

It's not so much preference at this point, as it is trying to pin down a look that fits the character. Both have their merits in my eyes, but, I just can't decide on either one.

 

I can't mention much, as I don't really intend to go in depth with his character in any written form at any point in time. However, for the sake of getting the basic feel of the character across, I suppose I'll have to provide something. He's twenty-five years old. A bit of a Woodsman, a mercenary, and a suave Indiana Jones type character all rolled into one.

 

Your opinions would be very appreciated.

I liked the grey, but, it does add a bit more age to him.

Honestly, I *like* both.

 

I think that the first one says older to me and the second one says younger. The first one looks about 24-25 years old to me and the second looks 20ish. Having said that though, these are impressions based on OUR interpretations of human age. Is the lifespan of the Hyur known to be the same as that of humans'? If so, I'd go with the first one.

What do you all think about this colour versus the grey?
