Vareal Posted September 23, 2010 Share #26 Posted September 23, 2010 Nedral watched as Shamad returned, sat down, cursed to himself and take a long drink of the alcoholic beverage. She raised an eye brow at him. "Well? Don't keep me in suspense, what happened? Have you your memory back?" Link to comment
Shamadconde Posted September 23, 2010 Author Share #27 Posted September 23, 2010 Shamad nodded with his head on the table. "Most of it. They said I was struck by some kind of lightning and it damaged my brain. They said it would all come back in time and that I was fortunate to have come to them this soon. Otherwise it would have been permanent." He lifted his hand. Ring and flesh were knitted together. "I'll have this for the rest of my life." He looked up and stared at the other Lalafell at the table. "Who are you?" Link to comment
UnbeknownstGhost Posted September 24, 2010 Share #28 Posted September 24, 2010 "I understand the need for curiousity, but perhaps you should employ a tad more descretion in your words; lest you want a few more scars added to your collection." Bob smiled his famous half smile, "Ye could try lass. But I only leave the scars from people that put up a good enough fight. But I really have no intent teh figh' anymore today. I think killing trees that are tryin' teh eat me is enough for one day. Which also make me wonder why I have not an ale in me han'." Bob looked over at the barkeep, "I take it yeh heard about teh ale, mayhaps yeh could put it in a wooden mug for meself?" He looked over at Nedral and winked. Maybe he blinked, hard to tell with the eyepatch. Link to comment
Shamadconde Posted September 24, 2010 Author Share #29 Posted September 24, 2010 Shamad looked over at the one with the eyepatch. He put out his hand and idly juggled a few fireballs. "She wouldn't be the only one to scar you." He grinned maniacally and giggled. Link to comment
Vareal Posted September 24, 2010 Share #30 Posted September 24, 2010 "Enough, both of you." She looked to Shamad. "You've been back not two minutes and you already want to get into a fight. Do you not remember what happened not one hour ago?" She sighed and collected herself again. "Oh, and our little friend over there has a message from Chalinda. I've not an idea of what it is, as I wanted to wait for you to get back." She reached over and snagged the wine bottle and set it closer to Thagyr. Link to comment
UnbeknownstGhost Posted September 24, 2010 Share #31 Posted September 24, 2010 Bob watched the fireballs for a moment then shrugged. With a lazy flick of his wrist two firey hand appeared and began to juggle four balls of ice, which shone with a soft inner light, after a moment three women made of ice and clothed in fire danced around the flaming hands, glittering with delight. "Mayhaps yeh shou' find a trick worthy o' scarin' a mage?" Link to comment
Shamadconde Posted September 24, 2010 Author Share #32 Posted September 24, 2010 Shamad looked at the messenger. He reached out and grabbed the Lalafell's arm. "You can tell us the message outside. Let's go." He looked at Bob's display with contempt. He walked outside, dragging the messenger behind him. Link to comment
Vareal Posted September 24, 2010 Share #33 Posted September 24, 2010 Nedral stood and walked up to the one eye'd man, eyeing is parlor magic tricks, clearly not impressed. "You should try less showboating, and more practicing." She reared back and punched him full on in the nose with a resounding crack. She grimaced and shook her hand, which had been cut open slightly on the knuckle. "See you around." And with that, she followed Shamad out of the inn. No hard feelings, Nedral is just having a bad day. Link to comment

UnbeknownstGhost Posted September 24, 2010 Share #35 Posted September 24, 2010 Bob smiled and picked up his cane which he then pointed at Nedral as she was walking out the door, after a few muttered words his nose cracked back into place and the bleeding stopped, and Nedral had an annoying cut behind her left knee. After wiping the blood from his face with a cloth he had pulled from his vest, he set down a small bag of money grabbed his ale and walked to the door smiling. It's ok. For some reason my two characters are direct opposites. Ghost is a fun loveable guy that has a strange love for food, and Bob is an arrogant smartass that people want to hit ^.^ He also has a kinda messed up version of revenge. Link to comment
Tagyr Posted September 24, 2010 Share #36 Posted September 24, 2010 Thagyr watched the exchange and felt a little glad when Nedral decided to punch the guy in the face. Having little tolerance for showboating when it came to the elements. However he watched the last shot from the stranger as he healed his nose at the same time as leaving the Miqote with a small injury and instantly took an immense disliking to him. With the people gone, he finally began to remember why he did come here. Attempting to find a quiet place to contemplate his new 'calling' with the underground group Balthazar's Favor. "Spose there ain't no runnin' from that", he muttered to himself. Taking the wine bottle and chugging the last of it down in one gulp. He stood and began his trip back to Uldah. Its gonna be a long time till I can get peace Link to comment
