Looking for a Keeper of the Entwined Serpent

So the Captain is heading to the Shroud in search of something he left behind. There will be much shenanigans. But someone he needs for the plot is a Gridanian counterpart to a Sultansworn. Are there any Keepers of the Entwined Serpent RPers?

I think there's almost no information on them.  They were only mentioned briefly (And without explanation, if I remember correctly) in the MSQ leading up to Good King Moggle Mog Ex.  The only other time I know of them being mentioned is in the Tales of the Calamity - where we finally found out who the heck they are.
