QueenFrejyalen Posted October 6, 2014 Share #1 Posted October 6, 2014 Does anyone have a favoured site where they post up some of their writing snippets, poetry, novels in progress, etc? I know of Scribophile and Deviantart and HelloPoetry, but are there others that anyone likes to use? What about personal websites, created solely for your work? Are there any great sites for critique, or just to really get your projects out there? Link to comment
Mae Posted October 6, 2014 Share #2 Posted October 6, 2014 FictionPress.com and FanFiction.net are the other two I know of/use. Link to comment
Warren Castille Posted October 6, 2014 Share #3 Posted October 6, 2014 I've got a wordpress blog. I never saw the need to put bells and whistles on what's defacto a journal, since I don't like it anywhere. Prior to that it was my Myspace blog. Those were the days. Link to comment

Warren Castille Posted October 6, 2014 Share #5 Posted October 6, 2014 I've got a wordpress blog. I never saw the need to put bells and whistles on what's defacto a journal, since I don't like it anywhere. Prior to that it was my Myspace blog. Those were the days. Holy shit Myspace. *suddenly feels crushing shame* No shame! My page wasn't Blingee'd out or anything but I did have an obnoxious music player. It started by belting out Holy Orders from the Guilty Gear soundtrack, though, so I like to think it recouped some points. A friend packed the whole thing into a word doc for me and it's... well, years of stream-of-conscious writing. I peek into it sometimes when I want to laugh at myself. On topic, I lied. I have a blogspot blog, not a wordpress one. Link to comment

I have a blogspot blog, not a wordpress one. My shame comes from the ridiculous amount of angsty whining on my blog. I re-read the word documents of those posts recently and I just wanted to crawl in a corner and evaporate. My stuff was pre-blingee, thank goodness. Link to comment

Aldotsk Posted October 6, 2014 Share #9 Posted October 6, 2014 In honesty, my character's background is being shared individually through it's own original Wikia because I wanted to include NPC characters as a side story cast. Wordpress is nice too, but there were too many limits on what I want to do. Tumblr hurts my head. I dont know how it works :'/ Link to comment
