Invisible Shiva Glitch

So, I fight Shiva on HM, she transitions to Phase 2 of the fight...And she turns fucking invisible.

 

I can't select her, I can see her name on the aggro list, and everyone else is attacking her, but I cannot see Shiva.

 

She is for all intents and purposes, invisible.

 

Has anyone else had this glitch?

I've had this happen to me on multiple Primals after a phase transition. It's a graphical error that I always assumed was due to my PS3.

I've had similar issues but never as a glitch with my game, but rather problems with my own computer. Restarting usually helps if relogging doesn't.

Someone was also having issues with this in ST. Once he did the whole reappearing thing again they were able to see the boss again. Seems like this is a general glitch.

I've had this happen to me before. Garuda Extreme and Hard, Leviathan Hard, Pharos Sirius, The Avatar in Turn 8..

 

Leaving the dungeon and then going back in can sometimes fix it. But if I have the time, I'll just relog completely.

I get this all the time. I always assumed it had something to do with PS3 and not PC players. I think it's caused by server lag, cause I had this happen on Xander five times in row on mondays and one night I run it on a off night and it was fine.
