Hi guys. A lot of you will not remember me. Some might. This is Sass. So let me tell you what been going on while I was away. Well first off....... My computer go hijacked. not just a virus but pretty much hacked. MY friend.... well was friend had used my computer on several occasions because his was toasted. Long story short, he set up some nasty way to remotely acquire almost everything on my computer. He deleted my entire photo albums I had on the net, deleted all my games on my computer,and even tried to get my cash. the only things he could not get was my bank account, forums and other places I never stored my passwords in, and my ff14 cause I have a security thing on my key chain. His reasoning....... cause it was funny. Suffice to say, friends we are not. I was not able to charge him with the crimes because there was not enough proof. I WAS able to sue him for the damages. I doubt I will ever see any of that money. So after that happen I got real bummed out. My two 9600 GT nivida cards went out.... my cars transmission went out. I did not have enough cash to fix both. Car came first. I lost the info for my account on the forums, and my appendix burst, ( that was recent.) All in all, it had not been a good year. I kept thinking of you all, but my graphics cards were barely able to keep up as it was, and I had a BACK LOG of emails to go through. I never stopped wishing I could play. BUT I finally had some good happen. The military finally acknowledged I have PTSD. I got back pay for the time I put the claim in, until now, and used it to pay some bills and build a new computer. This bad boy is the top of the line motherboard, a crosshair V formula. with a AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Processor (6 CPUs), ~3.3GHz I have now 16 gigs of ram, and got my new THREE radeon 6750 1 gig graphic cards. I am going to link all 3 together. I got a little kitten for my kids. He is a pure black cat. I named him Voodoo. My littlest boy can't say his name, so he calls him doo doo. LOL. I am going to be perfectly honest. I am sorry how I vanished. I could have put more effort into telling you I was not able to get on the net. I have NO idea what has been going on. There was nothing , NOTHING wrong with you guys or the site. I want you to know that. I never stopped hoping I would find a way back. So I need to ask, will you accept me back?

I suggest we roll a D20 and consult the table 1:1. Table 1:1 1-20 Remember its just a server name, we aren't naming a child.

I think one of the main reasons they do not want an AH in game is because of the gold farmers. In my personal opinion SE hates gold farmers with a passion. I like that, but... I don't think its wise they should shut down core abilities like AHs in game for everyone because of group of low life scum try to use it to destroy the economy. This is only going to encourage gold farmer shouts. hey buy this, hey buy this, hey buy this, and people shouting all over what they need. I say bring the AH back but with a twist. 1. You can only post some item on the AH up to 300% of its market value. This way nothing gets way over the top. I don't want to buy a single earth shard for 10,000 gil, when its worth may be 33 gil at 300%. We really need to place a cap on how much something is worth. Eat it gold farmers. Of course this means gold farmers will try for the most expensive stuff.... but then they already do. 1A. Keep your retainers able to post up to 500-1000% price of the item. So this keeps both retainer and AH worthwhile. In theory this will keep all the normal day to day items in the AH, the ones you just need to get rid of and not get much profit, and the retainers can be used for all your really wanted valuable items. So if a gold farmers wants profit, they use retainers , this will also make it harder for them to sell, because most people are lazy and don't want to go to wards trying to hunt down an item. 2. Better search system is needed. I hated trying to find my item I needed in the AH, and having to look up the item on the net just to find it was not in beastmade but under Misc. Keep the ability to look up past going prices. I loved that. 3. Novel idea as well for AH, and retainer. Have the ability for automatic price lowering. So if something does not sell within a certain amount of time, like hours or days, it will drop its price by a % you say. It will continue to drop in price until it reaches a minimum that you set. You can set this to OFF if you don't want it to drop. 4. Have a CAP on how much gil you can Trade and get in Trade have a cooldown of 2-4 hours. Yeah I understand its annoying and controversial. As you level increases so does your gil CAP. So level 1 newly made piece of crap gold farmers can't unload 1,000,000 gil to someone. Also a level one trying to buy gil can't get said 1,000,000. This forces the gold farmers to have multiple characters and/or subscriptions, and forces them to get higher level, and thus in time pay for the game. This CAP is no affected by the AH or retainers, only trade gil, and not affected by trade items. So in theory you could trade items to someone and they can sell them for gil. Backpack space is its own cap. Honestly I rather have this in place then no auction house. far fetch ideas I know.

Sass sat nervously in his chair. He felt a bit embarrassed, more so as he thought about how he would pay for such a piece of art. Thoughts tumbled trough his head of his mischievous past and daring escapes from piety crime. As he placed his hands in his pockets for the third time he felt something that might be of worth. He grinned wide knowing perhaps he new trade might come in useful, and his first piece he could give away to such a fine girl. With hope in his heart he giggled a bit and tried not to fidget too much. "I hope it looks well, but seriously, please do not put wanted on it. " sass said with unmasked concern. "I been getting over that."

oh dear, what will mine look like... At least he cleaned himself up before the picture. Sorry if my posts are not very long. I don't tend to make very larges posts at times. Sass just doesn't have much to say at the moment.

Sass nodded to Cassandra, "Ah, thank you very much, I never really had a picture of myself on in with out the words WANTED somewhere." He said emphasizing the word wanted with his hands. He shrugged a bit "but that is past me now I hope." A brief shadow pasted in front of his eyes but Sass returned quickly to his smile. "no chocobos in the picture though. Vile creatures are plotting to take over the world, I can just feel it. " He said with sincerity. Sass turned his chair to Cassy and tried to sit still. When that failed he reverted to trying not to giggle and making a few odd faces.

Sass listened to the tale spun by the old women. What a cursed device, he thought. He could not imagine the reasoning why someone would be gifted with such a cruel device, and by the way she wore it, it was needed. He looked to her and spoke, "I deeply regret poking fun at your expense, those said and unsaid, honored elder." he sad with sad regret. The small stars he had set off to the ceiling begun to fall around the patrons an blink out of existence. He smiled up to them and wished them well."good bye my light, back to the stars you are born from and the void where you rest." He focused his attention on the serving maid. She was starting a picture. He smiled as he watched.
