Perhaps the sets that are basic armor "in looks" are dyeable. I can understand why like the Acolyte's and Foestriker's wouldn't be dyeable, but it would make alot of sense if the basic pieces that are just higher stats are ^^ EDIT: I just looked and Iunno why some are Dyeable and some aren't. I have a robe that looks exactly like a regular robe, but it's not dyeable and a Plundered Haubergeon that is. Guess it just depends.

Well the fact of the matter being, Yes, he would be more than willing to sacrifice a large family. The main reason being his backstory in he doesn't really have a family anymore. All he's known for most of his life before the calamity was being forced to help a no-named band of pirates. He's not so much a "Lalafel" as he is just an adventurer trying to find his place in this crazy world. I see. And height doesn't intimidate him? Honestly, if someone isn't even slightly intimidated by someone bigger than them, they might be alittle crazy. With that being said, He's not one to shy away from talking to someone just because they are bigger than him. He's short even by Lala standards, so that would just make him overly quiet.

Aww... Aren't there any Lala ladies? I mean... Honestly I'm afraid Siobhain's stance on even male Lalafell are that they break her 'too tiny -too delicate' rule to the max. Except maybe Shippuu but I don't think he's about on that Lala anymore. I'm sure there's a Hyur somewhere out there that can love a tiny Lala! *I thought someone said in another thread that they got a ton of Fantasias. Can't you get more than one? Unless they are tradable... But I wouldn't do that anyways. I would feel as if I cheated And that's just the thing, most people see Lala romance as fine.... As long as it's with another Lala :\ It's a bit of an akward stance that people seem to take with the smaller races of fantasy worlds.

Hey hey now, I'm not sure how copacetic you are to the idea, but I don't discriminate towards our more fun-sized friends. Stick it out! or try to breach the subject, people change, heck my opinion of Lala's was the equivalent of "lol gnomes" in 1.0 but a few good players and Momodi had me dancing to their tune soon enough! I don't exactly have a choice to stick it out Lol Basically it's stick it out or Reroll, and after all the time I've put into Haur in general, I don't even think I could reroll at all.

I regret not changing Haru from a Lala with Fantasia. Romance was one of those things that I really enjoy in RP, and it seems more and more apparent that won't happen with him being a Lala...

PS3 Player here, The game seems to run fine for the most part, you won't get alot of character models like you would on the computer, but that's mainly to deal with the PS3 so it doesn't overload and such I will highly recommend getting a hardwired connection if you do plan on playing it on the PS3 as the wireless on the thing is absolutely garbage.

Lala views incoming D: 1. Are there any any races you particularly love the opposite (or same) gender of? The models, the history, the lore, anything. In all honesty, I could easily find something of each race to love, though I would have to say that my two favorites are the Elezan and the Roegadyn female models. Just something in my mind turns and says yes to tall women... ^^; 2. How do you view interracial couples in -game-? Specifically, let's not get into a debate about whether or not it's 'gross' to you as a person or if there are too many people doing it. I see love as love ingame. I really could care less if a Roeg and a Lala are paired together, it's not like it's harming anyone. Alot of the times, I see romance as an almost needed part of any characters backstory in some shape and form. It gives a drive, that bit of depth that doesn't make the character seem like a stone wall 3. Do your OOC feelings towards a particular race make you more open or affect what your character is looking for when they're either flirting around, pursuing romance, or just, in general, acting differently towards those individuals. Well, Haru isn't really a flirter even if he is looking for romance. I do have to say that he's not one for seperating his attention from people solely based on race. He's already met many people to whom he converses with of all races. I doubt it would affect his outlook on partners. Category B: Your character 1. Does your character seek friends or partners based predominantly on race? No, He's all about that equal opportunities He's not gonna wave you off if you're a certain race. 2. How does your character view interracial pairings and are their feelings different from your own? Haru's view on them, and my own are practically the same, though he does hold some discontent for Nuhn. That is for an entirely different reason, and not part of this topic though :3

Is anyone else getting unbearable/unplayable instance lag? Whenever I try to get into an instance and get through a dungeon, I tend to see my party members not moving at all, doing their attacks and such while mobs are taking damage from their spawned position.

Final Fantasy XIV has been said to be the "Cross-Over" Final fantasy. There are many elements from past final fantasy games that have been revamped just for XIV, so I don't see any reason as to why other cameos shouldn't happen. Though, yea Lightning seems a bit off to me. Ivalice seems like it might suit Eorzea, just because of the garleans and such.

I have no problems with it! I'd suggest making sure that it's okay with the original artist, since I'm essentially taking their artwork and chopping it up into something else. I think most people are fine with that, given the nature of the subject and whatnot but being courteous is never a bad thing. Understandable then ^^ I will be back with the info! I would love to dabble in everything, even gathering, that's why I was kinda leaning towards Marauder. Even with just the simplest actions, mining and botany could translate over to Marauder with ease ^^;

The only real one that I haven't messed with is Marauder, and I'm slightly inclined to do-so as I wouldn't have to change his backstory too much seeing as Arcanist and Marauder are 'stationed' in Limsa. I enjoyed Lancer and Pugilist, so Iunno. I'll probably have to mull it over in my head. Part of the reason I wanna try Marauder for him....Love little characters with huge weapons. (Roger S. Well, I was thinking, if I ended up doing the craftsman route and such, I would probably end up moving towards the more melee oriented classes. If only because he's used to working with his hands... Hey everyone! I've been mulling an idea around in my head, but I'm unsure as to if I should execute it. After playing Phase 4 of the Beta, I found myself enjoying the crafting quite a bit and I would love to try and make that 'all around' craftsman. Perhaps even the quiet craftsman turned warrior for materials/protecting people. At this point and time, Haru Meshu is an aspiring Arcanist/weaver, but I wanted to kind of extend or manipulate that to something else. If anyone could possibly help me with ideas, or even suggestions on how this would work, I would love to talk things out ^^
