Ooooo~ I like it. Is he going to be on the source or the first?

I have no preferences on race, gender, or classes. Do whatever you feel comfortable with. My character is a rather tall viera whose primary class is dancer. She's also a skilled archer/bard. For background... that's up to you as well. My character can be a bit hardheaded but she has a big heart. I just ask that some how they have an encounter that causes them to dislike each other in the beginning since that's how I'm wanting it to go.

So, I would like some in-game roleplay, but with me being in game mostly on the weekends, it would also be a good idea to do some on the boards or even through discord that way it isn't limited.

I'm looking for a long term rp partner interested in a slow burn, enemies to lovers romance rp. By enemies I'm not referring to a romeo and juliet type thing. I mean more of a situation where the characters don't like each other at all but are thrown together in a situation where they have to work together. My character, Reijna, is a citizen of the first, however, I'm sure I can think of a reason to be on the source if need be.

She will speak her mind, though, when she feels her opinion is needed. Reijna was born in Fanow and raised there. Most of her life she spent dreaming of leaving the forest but never really pursued that dream until one day when she came across a traveler trespassing in the woods. As Reijna wasn't on patrol or hunting, she was alone. She thought about alerting the others, but for some reason thought better of it. She approached the traveler and spoke with them. Turns out they were just lost. They spoke for a time until such a time as the traveler had to get going. The encounter left it's mark on Reijna and after some time she decided it was time to go. There was a small fight with her family, but after some convincing they allowed her to go without much hassle. And so Reijna began her journey. The story here is left vague in case I find someone who wants to RP that part of her story.

So, Ranna actually explains after the first one that the explosions were "prop effects" she set up for effect to make it look more exciting/flashy. I don't remember the exact wording she used but that's basically the gist. So it's not actually part of even her skill set, just special effects. Plus, her style is more of the artistic version while ours is the actual combat version which is why she draws out the... er... bad stuff that I cant remember what its actually called and we defeat it.

So... I actually just made a post about this and hid it after cuz I saw this one. I had the same idea with the fairies but I also had another idea as well. I'll just paste what I was thinking instead of retyping it up. I'm kinda thinking that maybe the Exarch, in his research to get the Scions back to the Source stumbles upon something and needs to test it out but none of the Scions are presently available (not to mention the fact it could be dangerous). As a result one of the Exarch's assistants volunteers and its successful, however when a Scion tries it doesn't work the same because they are essentially spirits in physical form and don't have their actual bodies leaving the Scions right back where they were but opening up the way for others so that their efforts can be doubled with researchers from the Source. That way it doesn't affect the WoL/WoD storyline too terribly much.

So, I've been wanting to rp in game for a while and I think I'm at a spot I can start. My character is a Viera whose in game name is Alyria however I'm planning to change that as soon as the naming conventions come out. For now I want her to be known as Reijna. I just dont have the funds to change her name then be forced to change it again when the naming conventions are released. I would like to rp in game, though I'm willing to rp elsewhere as well. I prefer plot and actual substance to posts. I'm not gonna lie, I'm gonna get bored real quick if you only reply to me in single sentences and offer nothing to the conversation. Also I want to make one thing real clear. I will not be a part of ANY ERP. This isn't to say I'm against romance, I just don't wanna erp no matter what the circumstances. I'm just not interested. My dream roleplay would be something with a storyline, maybe some adventuring/hunting. My character is actually going to be based in the first... mostly because I fell in love with Fanow. A quick history is that she was born and raised there but always had a dream of exploring the world and seeing what lay beyond. She never had the courage to leave until one day she came across an adventurer who told her stories that piqued her interest to the point she made the decision to leave.

I'm Reyukka. Some quick info on me.. I am an rp veteran who LOVES heavy storylined rp. Though that is my favorite type of rp, I tend to match my partner's style. It just feels wasteful to me to put in work on a good post only for them to post only a sentence, ya know? Now, while I am not new to rp I am new to rp in an mmo. It's something I've wanted to do but never gotten the courage till now. I plan on changing to Viera when shadowbringers releases so I am going to start developing a character based on that. I'm on the Midgardsormr server. I guess that kinda sums it up so..... thanks for reading!
