I'm really liking the enthusiasm, I will definitely try and involve as many people as would like to. Only issue now is coordinating times and such, as I'm free anytime, I'd like to work a time out that's suitable for everyone. Also I still need to find a machinist of sorts, as mine sort of bowed out of the event. So still looking if anyone aims to rp as a machinist for heavensward.

Well it's not so much a crisis situation as it is an arrogant project. I should maybe explain further. >< The surgery is essentially installing a 'cradle' inside his missing eye hole. The purpose being a machinist to craft a artificial eye that works similar to Papalymo and Yda's goggles in the main story. The purpose of the 'cradle' is to make maintenance, upgrades, etc to the prosthetic without requiring near brain surgery every time. Where as the 'eye' would be more or less temp as RP research into magitek deepens and upgrades made, the cradle on the other hand is more or less permanent. Of course whether or not it's even successful is still a dice roll so to speak, I'm trying to keep it as lore-friendly as possible, considering the somewhat lack of actual official FFXIV lore. But yeah, unfortunately it's not really a crisis situation.

Hello everyone! I'm looking for a surgeon of sorts to aid in a 'experimental' surgery on Kiht'to Moui. Working in collaboration with an aspiring 'machinist' or two to create and connect a type of prosthetic. The event requires the aid of a doctor type which are sort of hard to find so If you're interested please feel free to send me a PM or a /tell in game. I'm also on the lookout for a sort of partner or partner's in crime that are looking for some close knit heavy RP. I would like to find a future machinist to partner up and possibly aid in 'maintenance' and such of Kiht'to's machinery. Hiya everyone! I've been thinking about starting a 'clinic' of sorts for the adventurers of Eorzea. Providing RP Medical attention for the oh so many injured Adventurers, as well as offering 'Medical Merc' services for those needing a Healer for dungeons, raids, etc. Long term goal being our own 'clinic' housing as a go to for RP injuries. Still haven't settled on a name yet, as I'm not sure how popular of an idea this will be, however if you find yourself interested I'll be needing healers, nurses, security, and a personal assistant of sorts. Keep in mind I am looking for partners in this endeavor, not just a bunch of Lalafell nurses, though that would be adorable. *Revision* The fantastic idea of starting a LS first sounds like a great idea, I'm still planning on making the FC, but based on the concept's popularity. Lack of RP is usually what sends me running, next to an absentee GM. If I had a penny for every gil wasted on a FC that seemed eager but 'fizzled' out, I could retire crazy early. So basically, wasted time and effort to get a 'meh' when you try to start RP, that sends me packing.

Hello all, I'm wondering if anyone has made a "Solo player" FC, where the solo players call home. Like a FC dedicated to odd men out, or people who like playing aloofy characters, neutral types, mercs, outlaws, etc etc

Hiya, Sorry, definitely should have elaborated on my character a bit. I suppose I'll start with the storyline adjacent to the actual story where he wakes up not really grasping how he got where he was, or really who he is. He remembers at one time looking at his reflection to see two blue eyes, however now his right eye bares a scar, has turned red, and sometimes seems to have a will of it's own. As multicolored eyes are a commodity amongst the Miqo'te, this seemingly new feature has gone by unnoticed. He holds neither strong compassionate morals, or any sick hunger in his heart, he finds peace in a general balance of life. His nature is nonchalant and his behavior can be erratic completely depending on what mood he may be in. He holds a strong fascination with the undead, seeking whatever lore, or old knowledge an invaluable weapon against the dark things awoken, that he feels urged to put to rest. So far from his exploits, he's earned a mild reputation from various settlements and towns, nothing of exceptional note, quick with a heal or boulder toss, even quicker to stone maim some magicked bones. If your curious still or need some more info please feel free to message me in whatever fashion you prefer. I really do not mind what allegiance your Company is on, as long as you don't mind a character who's neutral in alignment. Also, I hope you don't mind me repeating, it's been awhile since I've RP'd in any real fashion outside drunken D&D, so if you are interested in an entertaining support character for your team, bare in mind, I may require some starting pointer's depending on how your FC's IC/OOC works.
