I'd like to tack on, if you are ONLY interested in the physically goodies. get the PS3 copy from your Local stores. The online distributor system they are using for the PC CE is the same company that ROYALLY screwed up the Ni No Kuni Wizard edition pre-orders.

The lore there doesn't state it was absolute fact for all Miqo'te everywhere. You can change it to suit your needs to a degree if you want to run with the whole tribal idea and people won't / shouldn't come down on you with a lore hammer. It could be really easily explained too. Family members from your tribe decided they wanted to be together exclusively and so either A) left to form their own tribe B) managed to change the rules of their own tribe of C) any other method you can come up with. As for your experience in WoW. I'm terribly sorry for that experience you had. At least know that here we are much more respectable about personal space and comfort zones for all types of Role Play. Not everyone wants to deal with different things and we (should) respect each others choices and limits.

Personally, I'd love a few new emotes such as /distrust where someone folds their arms and gives a glare and /read where a character pulls out a book and flips through a few pages and reads it.

Nel would drop a great sword, tons of junk items and at least six pairs of shoes.

Nel was built to be one type of job class. Dark Knight. She's a relentless force with little in the way of defense. She'd more then likely take a light hit in order to deal a devastating blow to her foe.

Dev Blog Here Hello all! Fernehalwes here again for a very special edition of the Developers’ Blog. I’ve worked hard the past few months to bring you exclusive coverage of never-before-seen content, and while a lot of it has been breathtaking, not all of it has been, what you might call, mind-blowing. So, last night, I waited until everyone had gone back home and then started digging through the art team’s folders on the project data servers... Half an hour later, I finally struck the mother lode. Boy, am I going to pay for this... You may recall back when Yoshi-P used official player polls to find out what race should be added to the list of playable characters. It turned out that there was a lot of support for both the rabbit-like Viera and croco...gator...lizard-like Bangaa from FINAL FANTASY XII and the Ivalice series. However, instead of deciding on the Viera and incurring the fiery wrath the Bangaa crowd, or selecting the Bangaa and forever alienating the Viera crowd, it appears the dev team has decided to take the best of both worlds...and create the Viangaa! In the same folder, I also found what appears to be the spec document that goes with the art. Here’s a rough translation: Bangaa (More powerful than a Roegadyn) + Viera (More elegant than a Bangaa) = The beautiful, yet fierce Viangaa! Physical Appearance - Taller and more sophisticated than an Elezen but with a build sturdier than a Roegadyn - Customizable ear length, snout length, skin color, and “package” size Basic Characteristics - Hail from the Farreach, leading many to take up residence in the city-state of Sharlayan. - Have excellent negotiating skills (store prices are 10% lower) - Movement speed is 1.2 times faster than other races - They have an extremely musky odor which other animals detest .............Chocobos and other living mounts will not allow Viangaa to ride them .............All field monsters will aggro - Skilled at both the bow and magic (starting bonuses to DEX and INT) - Extremely conservative. Conversation with other races is strictly forbidden. .............If chat window is used, a Viangaa assassin will be sent to stalk the player.
