I'd like to thank everyone from our community who (put up with me these past 5 days and) donated to Zeldathon and the National Foundation for Transplants. Together everyone helped raise $53,050.00! (and rising with the after party) Again, I thank you all. I'm looking into starting our own charity marathon or such and the folks over at Zeldathon have mentioned they will totally re-tweet and mention it if we do start one. it's a win win for whatever charity is picked. Right now, I'm leaning towards Child's Play but we'll see how things go.

V Shantotto from FFXI was brought to Dissidia via a Cavernous Maw V In FFXI we learn the Maws are part of Atomos V Atomos is said to be a tied directly to The Void and other dimensions. Allowing those like Lilith, Lilisette, Gilgamesh and Exdeath in adddition to others the abilitiy pass between worlds through it. V Since Shantotto and Lightning are both in the realm of Dissidia and the Maw is there due to Shantotto's arrival Lightning could enter the maw. V Those same maws appear in around Aetherites during the Seventh Umbral Era V The maws are confirmed in XIV to be Atomos. V Therefore Lightning could pass through the Maw into Eorzea.

doubtful considering 13-2 was released and soon LR will be released here. The market is there and there are people that enjoyed it enough to merit continuing it. It's not for everyone but doesn't mean it should be hated for that. Allow me to use an (noticeably) older example. Fans love Optimus Prime. He's an Icon. Well known in the Transformers community. Then we have Rodimus (Hot Rod) Prime who takes his place after his death in the movie. There was MASSIVE backlash over this. People screamed to the high heavens (And this was BEFORE the internet) to the point where Hasbro changed the script for the GI JOE movie where they planned to kill Duke off. However, while there are quite a number of people who HATE Rodimus and blame him for all of his mistakes and failings, he is also a character who grows, changes and comes to accept his role as leader. As such, he has some very loyal fans. So, my point is, just because a LOT of people dislike something, does not always mean it's terrible.
