1. I'll chime in and say that ERP is just fine, but I have my issues with folks that seem to make it all that they want. If the depth of a character is only as far as their dick goes into someone or how far a dick goes in them, then I think they should rethink their character. I've enjoyed making a character of mine have an open sexuality and not even try and hide it, be they flirty or making raunchy jokes or hinting they want to take a roll in the hay. BUT, and I mean a giant but, one that would put Niki Minaj to shame. That doesn't have to be all they are, a character that is nothing but their sexuality and sex is no character.
2. "Name your desire! Anything you want." Burning Blood had uttered that to Jak just the day prior, the Highlander youth caught immensely off guard by it and shocked even. Anything he could want? Him? The hopeless street rat given the chance for anything, any teeny tiny thing? No, surely there had to be a limit. A Hora. That was all, that was all the youth had asked for. Burning Blood had promised him lessons, to be his teacher. If Jak wanted to be anything of worth he needed to start somewhere. Be it to Blood or Luc or the strange Elezen that he had met the night before, Jak had a huge door opened for him and whatever was behind it he'd take it head on. "Do you like it?" Jak's head snapped up, sitting in the guest bedroom bed Burning Blood had allowed him to stay for now. No words were said at first, a simple smile coming over Jak's face as he looked back down to the simple fist weapon Blood purchased for him. Simple as it was, it still had a shine and small blade attached to the side. "Yeh, I do. S'uh, well...mean look at it!" Jak jumped from the bed, giving a very sloppy fighting stance to the tattooed Roegadyn. No stern look, no attempt to look threatening in the stance; No, Jak looked to be the happiest teen Ul'dah had ever seen standing there in new clothing and weaponry. And all Blood did was nod, hiding any joy in Jak's glee behind golden hues and stoic face. "Good. Put it to good use." And Blood left Jak to his affairs, the Kidlander spending the better portion of the night fighting imaginary people, grinning to himself and eventually passing out on the bed, spread eagle and clutching the hora in his hands. Ignorance was indeed bliss.
3. Hi yes Berrod told me about this and it sounds like a thing I'd very much love to have my Ul'dah street rat Highlander teeny man, Jak Rohoya, get wrapped up in.
4. damnit berrod stop it stop it right now ;-;
5. Hell hath no fury "Like a woman’s scorn…." B’ren finished in his head walking away from the Grindstone finishing match. The Roegadyn woman, Obsidian Hornet, had won it breaking Howl’s arm in three places. Brutal, but effective. Howl’s dancing feet weren’t quiet enough to escape the Hornet’s sting it seemed. Growing up B’ren had been told women have no REAL place in fighting and to let the other men protect them and be the back up. Now, of course, those particular men were put right in their place soon after but it always stuck with the Miqo’te. Never underestimate who you fight, not even a woman. One wrong turn and her heels will be in your eye with you begging for mercy. “And to think, I may have to fight her next week. Twelve watch over me, heh.” It wouldn’t be long before he reached the Knuckles, ready to finally take a moment of rest. But it wasn’t before placing a wrapped book by Berrod’s room did he do so.
6. "B'yurt. Pray this finds you, somehow. Things haven't gone so well over here and I need advice. I need any help I can get, things have gotten so out of hand I don't think I can pull myself out of this alone. I went home, I'm sure you've heard about it on the winds like you usually do. But it's different this time. I'm afraid and shaking in fear right now. Please stop hiding. Your brother needs you. -B'ren"
7. WHOOPS! Almost forgot that Rushing Stream is enjoying himself too~

11. Wow, congratulations on the being the first male miqo'te that's caused me to stop scrolling. Dayum...... :blush: Awwww~
12. Not sure if there's enough Miqo'te in here. I may be mistaken. Berrod r u happy now
13. Do you miss the sands? That was a question that came to his mind nearly every day he was awake and alone with his thoughts. It plagued it like some gnat that he could never truly swat away for long. The thought was never too heavy on him to warrant deep thinking but never too light to shrug off. B'ren was never much sentimental man, but it never stopped him from missing home. Truth to be told, the Miqo'te hadn't been back in some years. Not even to visit. "Going there now would be foolish, you haven't slept in days and eaten since yesterday afternoon. Just calm down will ya?" "Not exactly as easy at it seems ya know." "I wasn't talking to you..." "Then whom? Me?" "Shut UP." The bottle was thrown, thrown with more than enough force to shatter it against the wall of the inn room B'ren found himself in for the night. Leve's were done and then he was here, more than he can care to remember. Visitors? There were none. Any poor soul sitting outside had the awkwardness of listening a grown man argue with himself and his rampaging, sleep denied brain. And that bed was looking mighty comfortable right about now. If only the pillows didn't look like nails and the blankets of sandpaper.
14. "Been a bit, hasn’t it?" B’ren sat, perched atop the Bloody Knuckles. Night had long since fallen, but he was never one to sleep much to begin with. Idly a hand went to scratch at his chin stubble, the Miqo’te giving a small, annoyed grumble as his thoughts raced. Been far too long since he’d been around normal people, not stuck in his books and research, stuck in a loop of isolation with training and nagging. It felt nice. "Berrod Armstrong. I swear…" Barely knowing him but a few days and already finding the Highlander pleasant company. A simple man, not in mind but in statue and personality. Could almost be refreshing as it were, not being around such stuck up prissy pants. What lay before him, the White Mage in training barely could fortell. Not that it seemed to bother him, a few drinks had been taken (payment left behind) and enjoyed on the roof. His body limber and relaxed, eyes peering far out from behind the white mask. "D’alo, ooooh D’alo. Hurry with you duty so I can finally show you a life outside the Shroud. Silly man." Lips cracked in a smile, turning to a smirk as another bottle tipped over and the contents swallowed with eagerness. Whatever work he decided to do now, it came of his own hand and that was a certain freedom he longed to enjoy. Finally.
15. size=x-large]I. Basic Info Characters:B'ren Lyrgh - Miqo'te White Mage, Rushing Stream, Roe. Monk Primary character:B'ren Lyrgh Linkshells: Astral Agents Primary RP linkshell:Astral Agents [*] II. RP Style Amount of RP (light, medium, heavy): Does all three count? The way I rp usually tends to vary on where I'm at. In a crowded, bar like area? I try and keep posts short to not risk having them lost in a flood of other people's text. More open ended? They can go into paragraphs depending on the RP. Though heavy RP is my personal favourite, letting the scene go on and on and on with development or interaction. It's what I live for! Views on RP combat and injuries: To be honest, that's something that I think most people tend to overlook. Injuries and combat can be extremely fun when it's done to both peoples, or the groups, liking! It can add depth to a character and have them learn from an experience. Views on IC romance: Long as it flows well and doesn't extend into creepy OOC stuff, have at me! Characters interact and develop feelings that might be explored! Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc): BEST. THING. EVER. Views on lore: VERY IMPORTANT TO SEE WHERE IT CAN BE A GOOD GUIDLINE. cant think of how else to say it <_< Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc): I've yet to actually USE a linkshell IC or even OOC!
