Added a "Waiting List" portion of the first post. If anyone is interested in a commission that I did not list, feel free to post on here or contact me in game on Misha Jinhri. I'll add you to the waiting list. It's not in order, it's just there for me to keep track of. I'll probably take commissions in twos or fours. So once I'm done with this batch, I'll get two-three-four new ones.

As soon as I'm finished with my next two bust commissions, I'll start accepting more. I'll try to contact a few who were first interested once I'm available.

I'm thinking of starting commissions again. I may just first start off with sketches first, for gil. Something I can get done relatively quickly. Though being new to the game, I'm not quite sure how much I should charge for a sketch. I'd probably only do busts and maybe waist ups for now. And may not do gil commissions for long, and just go entirely to RL money soon. For now though, what'd be a good price to offer for bust and waist up sketch commissions? So! I wanted to offer a game/prompt for those who were interested. Select a character of your choice that you roleplay. Then, go to Cleverbot [HERE] and pretend Cleverbot is someone your character is interacting with. Start off the the discussion by introducing yourself to Cleverbot with your character name, something along the lines of: "Greetings, I’m !" And then continue on it from there and roleplay and act as your character would with Cleverbot’s responses. Feel free to use emotes too. Then post your conversation here. Either with a picture, link, or just the text. Let’s see what weird and interesting things come of that! Please put your conversation/image under a "spoiler" in case it's long. (Note: Check the log often enough and copy it or paste it somewhere. If it's too long, it'll cut off the beginning.) I'll go first! I'll be using Misha for this.

I dunno, man...maybe because if you care about something you want it to be better? But what do I know? Well, of course people would want that! Unfortunately, at least for games like this, not much can be done about an issue like this. Unless a ton of people were to send their issues/problems/etc directly to the source, or make a petition, etc. But even then, the developers and what not may not do anything, depending on how well they listen to their player base. So if not much can be done, not much use getting upset over it, and just trying to either be happy with what you have, or move on to better things. - And I'm sure you know plenty!

Please explain to me how anything in that post was me "raging"? I really would like to know. I'm completely calm. Disappointed, yes. But calm. Also, can you please explain why being upset/disappointed/not happy with a decision means a player should just leave? So, if you don't like something, go? Bless your heart, you can rest easy, though. I'm already planning on cancelling my subscription at the end of October. There, now you don't have to worry about a thing. Isn't that nice? Alright. Glad you're calm them. Well, if someone is always unhappy and not enjoying themselves, then what's the point with playing something? Now, if they're just a lil unhappy from time to time, but for the most part love the game, then of course there's no reason to quit for the previous concern. Lol... you really need to calm down. I'm sorry you're so upset about this. But it's no reason to rage and get angry at others. I mean, if this is really a big deal, then you could just quit? Or send a letter to their developers or something? *Shrugs* I'm sure there may be other games around that you may enjoy more. The important thing when playing a game is to have fun. So if someone isn't having fun with a game, then maybe it's not for them, or they may want to find something more enjoyable. Either way, I hope you feel better.

Thanks for the post on this! I'm probably never-ever-ever going to have millions of gil to buy/help buy a FC house thing, buuuut one can dream. Nice that they're adding more wards, but I'm sure those will get filled super quickly. I saw they added thick rimmed glasses... Totally want to RP a book nerd. Though those will probably be expensive too. >.> HNNNNG. I'm curious to what the Zodiac glasses look like too. Sounds interesting. I'm still new to the game, so I don't know all of what's being mentioned in the patch notes, and I'm just starting to mess around with crafting, but the new crafting stuff/updates looks nice. I like how the Recommendations now have a filter. Nice to make things neater and more organized. It seems like a lot of the windows and such have gotten filters/changes/etc to make them more easy to manage and what not. That'll hopefully be handy and less troublesome! Nothing too big in the patch (that concerns me at least, being a newbie) but all of it looks pretty good.

It just screams "We knew we were screwing over the hopes of everyone and didn't release any info to mitigate." I would have rather they simply said, "Look, we can't implement this because of server restrictions" or, if they thought they could fix it and just needed more time, they could have said, "We can't get it in for this patch" or "We're going to try to get this in for the expansion when we do some upgrades." Radio silence after Yoshi-P says things like, "Personal housing will be far more affordable than free company housing." is just asking for issues. And it's really disrespectful to the people paying you. It's not the end of the world. There are plenty of things worth raging over. This for me? Not one of them. I'm enjoying the game and enjoy the RP. So I'd rather not get worked up over something that won't be implemented in the game (for now at least, perhaps in the future!). I'd rather just not go through the all the upset-rage-etc and feel happy and good instead. Idk. Not like it's a game ruiner. Just a slight disappointment.

People need to simmer down. At least there is -some- form of housing this game. Better something than nothing. And to say you're going to quit your subscription because there isn't going to be personal housing, or there was an issue with communication/information, is a little silly.

I find it easier to draw digitally in some ways. Don't waste paper, have a ton of layers, can easily undo mistakes, get ideas out faster, etc. However, and this may be odd, but I find traditional art can be a lot more freeing, flowing, and maybe help with the creative process. They both have their pros and cons.

I. Basic Info Characters:Misha Jinhri, Arietha Lake, Chichia Chia, and like... five others... who I may play/RP eventually. Primary character:Misha Jinhri Linkshells:Have three at the moment, happy to join more. Primary RP linkshell:Don't have an IC one yet. II. RP Style Amount of RP (light, medium, heavy): Heavy. Too heavy. I probably RP too much. ;-; Views on RP combat and injuries: Well... I'm usually alright with different sort of ways to handle RP combat. I enjoy RP combat myself. However, at least with my experience in other games, combat RP doesn't always go too smoothly. A lot of people want to be the hero, the victor, and so on, which is understandable. But when people start to godmode, avoid every hit/attack, are super duper powerful, and so on, it's not as fun. If someone is willing to take a few hits, that's great! It shows they're not some immortal and all powerful being. It's also nice if someone is willing to lose or have a draw... and not get upset or angry over it. I think fights tend to go best when they're with people you know and friends, easier to work out that way, but that doesn't mean RP combat with new people is bad or not fun. If I am in an IC combat situation, and someone does a ton of godmoding, I'll most likely just walk away. Not going to make a fuss over it. As for injuries, I don't mind those either. If my character were to ever get injured, I may want to RP the recovery some, depending on how severe it is. Though with healing magic seemingly abundant in this game, I guess it'd be common for most injuries to be healed rather easily. - I am new to this game, so I'm still figuring things out as I go. Views on IC romance: I'm a sucker for romance. In shows, movies, books, and so on. I don't depend on it, and I don't focus on it, but it's definitely nice. However, it's strictly IC and will remain IC. I am not opposed to ERP, but I'd only ever do that if my character(s) was in a serious relationship. Meaning I don't go around searching for someone to ERP with, that's not me, and I wouldn't want that. I want it to be part of the RP and storyline. If someone were in a relationship with a character of mine, and was uncomfortable with ERP or anything intimate, fading to black is perfectly alright. What's important is that everyone has fun AND are comfortable and happy! Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc): Always fun! However I get a bit worried if like, let's say, I have someone RP an important character that's part of my character's background, so I sort of depend on then... annnnd then they stop playing that character, or disappear. I wouldn't want to put pressure on anyone, but it's sometimes disappointing when someone important to your RP vanishes without word. It happens though, not the end of world. There are ways to work with it or around it. If it's more of a casual thing, then that works even better. I like casual RP too. Love going around and chatting with random people at the tavern and getting to know new folks. Views on lore: I'm new to FFXIV, soooo... I know hardly any lore yet. I need to brush up on it. That being said, I like to stick to lore as much as I can. Now... if someone else were to not follow it, or break it completely, I'm not going to hate on them or look down on them. I'd be happy to RP with just about anyone. And if there was someone that ... I dunno... RPed as a robot from the future or something, which may not be my cup of tea, I'd just maybe ignore them, or let them know politely that I may not be interested in RPing with them. But I'm not going to be mean or throw insults at them. Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc): UHHHHHG. Being new, I'm really not used to the chat yet - mainly the UI. It's going to take some getting used to. I sometimes have trouble when there's a ton of people around and keeping up with all the chat. I wish the names were colored or more noticeable and not melted in with the rest of the text. Besides that, I usually RP in says, no quotations marks for me, and use emotes a lot. So, while RPing... Wonder Woman decided to drop by. Awesome outfit.

I'm new to the game myself, and was worried if there would be any RP. My first day a couple of RPers walked up to me while I was turning in a quest and bam! RP! I actually haven't been leveling much, and really just been RPing. I've noticed also that the RP seems heaviest in Ul'dah, then Limsa, and only a lil in Gridania - though I've mostly been staying in Ul'dah, so there may be more RP over in the other places, not sure. Try looking in and around the taverns/inns, that's usually where a lot of people will hang out. And as others have said here, sometimes there might not seem like there's any RP going on, but that may be because there are RPers sitting or standing around, hoping someone will initiate some RP first. So if you do happen to see someone sitting or standing in a tavern, just go up to them and say hello or something IC. Different times will have different amount of RPers too, so it may depend on your location IRL. Afternoons and nights tend to be the heaviest. And hey, if you ever want to RP, let me know! I'd be happy to. :3 My main that I've been RPing with the most at the moment is Misha Jinhri, so just poke me IC or OOC if you wanna do something! Best of luck to you!

I finally made myself do it. I did my first art for FFXIV ARR. I'm sort of in an art slump at the moment, but I did a somewhat quick portrait of one my mains, Misha, who is a Miqo'te. Since this is my first art of her, the style/her appearance may change later on. Edit: Woops, I forgot to add her markings. x_x Added those now to the new one.

Yup! It's Emofuri. Basically you draw your character to make a template for the program, and then place certain "rigging areas" or whatever in different locations. Everything has a different layer too. Like the eye whites, eye balls, eye lashes, etc, are all on different layers, and so on. Unfortunately though it is only in Japanese. There are some tutorials online though that help some. But you also have to configure your computer - change the local to Japanese or something, in able for it to work at all. So it's sort of complicated and a bit annoying to deal with. But the results are fun!

Hiya! I'm new to FFXIV ARR, long time RPer, and aspiring artist. I haven't done any art of my characters on here yet, but I plan to soon (since I just started playing a week or so ago)! Thanks for the welcomes! Woops, I should have mentioned my characters are on Balmung. I'll definitely keep an eye out for RP in Ul'dah and the other places... and... everywhere else! Right now I'm just sort of rushing to get some of the chars I made to level 15 so I can do the event quest I think you get a special outfit from it?...
